The FTI Consulting network is truly global in scope and we have a presence in all the major financial centers in the world. , FTI Consulting has employees in 85 cities in 32 countries and territories as of June 30, 2025. The corporate headquarters is in Bowie, Maryland. The executive headquarters is in Washington, D.C.

Along with solid organic growth, acquisitions have always been a part of FTI Consulting’s growth strategy. The Company pursues a highly selective acquisition program, and considers opportunities that enhance our segment offerings, industry expertise and geographic footprint.

The Company’s fiscal year ends on December 31. 

The Company announces its year-end financial results near the end of February. First, second and third quarter earnings are announced in late April/early May, late July/early August and late October/early November, respectively.
