FTI Technology Launches Ringtail Certification Program for E-Discovery Professionals

Analytics are used throughout more of the e-discovery process and result in greater cost-savings, according to a recent study of corporate e-discovery professionals*. The new Ringtail training and certification program helps legal reviewers, administrators and case managers better understand when and how to apply analytics for faster fact-finding, case strategy development and reducing e-discovery costs.

The Ringtail training and certification program is available in four tracks. Users can choose to be certified for one or all of the tracks. The tracks include:
- Reviewer I: Explores document review and coding workflows, utilizing analytics and linear review strategies in tandem. These courses are complimentary and available today at http://www.ftitechnology.com/resources/training.
- Reviewer II: Building from the review and coding techniques covered in the Reviewer I training, these courses cover more advanced document search and analysis methods, as well as case preparation.
- Case Manager: Covers optimizing cases for review teams, review setup, review management and reporting.
- Ringtail Administrator: Includes case creation and setup, group setup and management, as well as importing and organizing data.
All of the training sessions are interactive, closed-captioned for the hearing impaired and include exercises to strengthen skills. Those who choose to register for a certification exam will be given access to additional Ringtail reference materials and will be enrolled in the Ringtail User Group Webinar series, which features sessions on advanced topics, such as audio e-discovery, modernizing keyword search and predictive coding. Experienced Ringtail users and administrators may take certification exams without participating in the training courses.
