FTI Earns Top Five E-Discovery Service and Software Provider Rankings in 2007 Socha-Gelbmann Electronic Discovery Survey

FTI places among the top five electronic data discovery service and software providers, one of only three firms to top both lists

New York, NY – June 28th, 2007 – FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN), a global business advisory firm dedicated to protecting and enhancing enterprise value, today announced its recognition as a top five electronic discovery service and software provider in the 2007 Socha-Gelbmann Electronic Discovery Survey. FTI was ranked among the top five electronic discovery service providers and among the top five electronic discovery software providers based on a detailed ranking model containing more than 300 qualitative and quantitative factors.
FTI was one of three firms to receive a top five ranking in both the electronic discovery software and service categories.

The rankings, were based on factors including experience, software used, capacity, types of electronic discovery services offered, law firm rankings, corporation rankings, and revenue.
In its fifth year, the annual Socha-Gelbmann Electronic Discovery Survey is an independent survey conducted by George Socha and Tom Gelbmann to provide a comprehensive view into the growing electronic discovery market—including size, scope and growth. The survey analyzes responses from 115 organizations that are on the forefront of e-discovery, including leading law firms and Fortune 1000 corporations.
