FTI Consulting to Release Fourth Quarter 2006 Results and Host Conference Call

Baltimore, MD - February 5, 2007
FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN), the leading global consulting firm to organizations confronting the critical legal, financial and reputational issues that shape their futures, today announced that it will release financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2006 before the opening of the market on Thursday, February 15, 2007.
A conference call will be held to discuss financial results on Thursday, February 15, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Participants will include Jack Dunn, FTI's president and chief executive officer; Dennis Shaughnessy, FTI's chairman; Dominic DiNapoli, executive vice president and chief operating officer; and Theodore I. Pincus, executive vice president and chief financial officer.
