Firm Maintains Top Position With 34 Expert Witnesses Recognized
Global Arbitration Review’s 2016 International Who’s Who of Commercial Arbitration list includes 164 of the world's most highly regarded arbitration damages and valuation practitioners from 51 firms and universities. The list is published every year and is based on a survey of top law firms as well as independent lawyers.

His work primarily involves issues of the identification and valuation of lost profits, and the valuation of businesses, financial assets including shareholdings, and other assets, and of wasted costs, largely in the context of commercial and investment treaty arbitration. Mr. Nicholson has also been listed on the International Who’s Who of Commercial Arbitration list since its inception in 2010.
