FTI Consulting, Inc. Announces Change of Date of 2006 Annual Meeting of Stockholders to June 6, 2006

The meeting will be held at FTI's recently occupied executive offices located at 500 East Pratt Street, Suite 1400, Baltimore, Maryland 21202, starting at 9:30 a.m.
