Resignation of Principal Accounting Officer.

 

Effective November 16, 2004, Philip J. Jacoby, Jr. resigned as Vice President and Controller (Principal Accounting Officer) of FTI Consulting, Inc. (“FTI”). Effective November 16, 2004, Chuck Boryenace assumed the duties of Controller (Principal Accounting Officer) of FTI on an interim basis.
